One to one specialised coaching for personal transformation.

Why work with a mind-body coach when you are dealing with persistent pain/symptoms?

  • Have all your questions answered about your symptoms through a science based lens.

  • Gain personalised guidance and support in transforming the core of what is keeping you stuck.​

  • Gain step by step guidance based on your unique presentation to avoid overwhelm.  Or supportive coaching  alongside other self-directed programmes you may be engaged in.

  • Be completely heard, seen and supported by an expert in the field who has been there.

What will we do in coaching sessions?

​

  • Sessions may include pain reprocessing practices, specific nervous system drills, somatic experiencing practices, emotional reprocessing, parts-derived work and general action-based coaching.

  • I am generally guided by what you bring to the coaching session, but will also steer the sessions so that each generally builds upon the last.

  • Small action steps may be suggested as a result of what manifests within the coaching session.

  • If supportive, I will provide a follow up email with an overview summary of the session.  This can be really helpful to look back on!
