Have help identifying the core of what is keeping you stuck and which practices will serve you based upon your individual presentation.

Sessions may include pain reprocessing practices, specific nervous system drills, somatic experiencing, parts work, subconscious awareness and compassionate enquiry.

It takes time for our nervous systems to adapt to a state of internal safety. Pain automatically triggers fear and frustration, and that's why block booking is often recommended so that you are consistently supported on your journey. ach session can build upon the last.
